The Township of Esquimalt is launching a focused review of parking, access, and safety conditions within the Esquimalt Industrial Park. This initiative will help us better understand the day‑to‑day experiences of businesses in the area and identify practical improvements to make the industrial district safer, more functional, and more business-friendly.
We are inviting all Industrial Park businesses to participate in a short survey to share insights on topics such as on‑site and on‑street parking availability, circulation and access for different vehicle types, safety concerns, vandalism or property crime, and maintenance or infrastructure challenges. Your feedback will help guide potential operational improvements and inform long‑term planning for the Industrial Park.
The survey takes approximately 5–7 minutes to complete and includes questions about business characteristics, parking challenges, circulation issues, and potential solutions or priorities. Your input will help the Township understand what is working well, what needs attention, and what low‑cost or high‑impact changes could make the Industrial Park a safer and more efficient place to do business. Participating in this engagement will also help us shape future conversations about the Industrial Park.
Please avoid including any personal or sensitive information in your responses.
