Survey: share your thoughts

Introduction

The Township of Esquimalt is inviting residents and community members to share their perspectives on Small-Scale Multi-Unit Housing (SSMUH) and Bylaw 3142.

Bill 44 (provincial legislation) allows residential areas in Esquimalt to have 3 to 4 dwelling units in a maximum of two buildings on a site (small-scale multi-unit housing).

Esquimalt's Zoning Bylaw determines how this development happens locally. The Township has discretion to amend relevant bylaws that regulate such things as building form, height, setbacks, landscaping, tree retention, privacy, and parking, to reflect community values and local context. This survey asks for your input on those areas.

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes.

This collection of personal information is authorized under section(s) 26(c), (d), and (e) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA).
